A search engine sends out what we in the industry call spyders, these spyders crawl the entire internet and report back to the search engine what they have found. Essentially you can say that when a search engine spyder gets to your website it is there to give your website a test (grade), and compare your results to the rest of the websites that are competing for a set of specific keywords.

The Resource Library is written in LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) format. What is Latent Semantic Indexing you ask? Search engines use LSI as a part of their (grade) algorithm . For instance, if one of your keywords that you wanted to rank well for was “Cat” then a search engine might also be looking for the keyword “Feline” because it is a proven synonym of the word “Cat”. |
